From start to finish, Michele did an incredible job with my custom framing project. She walked me through the different options and explained every step of how she would do it and what it would look like. The result was even better than I ever could have imagined. It was a tough project that involved mounting two shaped puzzles in a large 56×36 frame, and every step of the way from initially meeting to dropping off the puzzles to picking up the finished product, Michele handled the project with professionalism and care. She worked quickly and efficiently and completed it in time for me to give as a birthday gift. She even provided me with a holder to transport the puzzles to her shop and touched up one of the puzzles where the imagery on some pieces had been a bit damaged due to how I had been storing it. The end result was pristine! I think the end product really speaks for itself. Thank you Michele!

Michele has framed many pieces of artwork and my diplomas that I currently have hanging in my house. The attention to detail that she puts into every frame she makes is extraordinary. I met with her for every picture and we would go through the matting colors and different frames and decide what looked best for that individual project. If she didn’t think something looked right she would find something that made the picture stand out. She is very creative and really takes the time to make it perfect.
